MobilCharge offers on-demand mobile charging services for users operating under agreements with MobilCharge.
Summary
To access MobilCharge services, users must create an account, be 18 years or older, provide personal information, and allow collection of geolocation and vehicle details. Agreeing to terms may result in receiving informational/marketing messages. Users are responsible for account security and may not possess multiple accounts.
User Eligibility & Accounts
Users need an active personal account to access most services. Registration requires personal details and at least one valid payment method. Account info must be accurate and up-to-date. Users are responsible for account security and may only possess one account.
MobilCharge Subscriptions
Subscriptions are tied to users, not vehicles. Non-members driving subscribed vehicles aren’t eligible. Service isn’t available for uninsured or inoperable vehicles. Upgrading subscriptions is possible with restrictions.
Roadside Assistance
Users must be present with the vehicle and show subscription proof. Service isn’t available for unattended vehicles. New subscribers pay a one-time fee for immediate service.
Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 48 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee.In the event of inclimate weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, MobilCharge has the discretion to waive the fee within the 48 hour period. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a charge if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the charger.
No-Shows
It is considered a “no-show” when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the MobilCharge to cancel or reschedule.We reserve the right to charge the FULL charging fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a “no-show”. Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any EV or client for any reason.
Premium On-demand
Users prepay a monthly fee for the EV charging service based on subscription level. Users must provide accessible parking for service duration.
Duration and Frequency of Charges
Subscription charges are monthly or annually, with automatic renewal unless canceled. Declined payments may lead to account termination.
Canceling Your MobilCharge Subscription and Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation must be done before the subscription anniversary date. Late payments may result in lapsing or new subscriptions.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not have multiple active accounts. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation of services is prohibited.
Combining Promotions
Subscription benefits may be combined with other promotions at MobilCharge’s discretion.
Changes to Renewable Memberships
MobilCharge may modify or discontinue subscriptions, change rates or benefits, with notice. Users can reject price changes by canceling subscriptions.
Changes to Renewable Membership Terms
MobilCharge may modify subscription terms. Revised terms take effect on the next billing cycle, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Transfer of Rights
MobilCharge may assign or transfer program rights and obligations to other entities.
Interpretation of Renewable Membership Terms
Interpretation of terms lies with MobilCharge, and its decisions are final.
